I've got the black and red ones already mentioned and two black ones with the Level 9 logo inscribed in gold lettering, from The Price Of Magik and the Jewels Of Darkness compilation.
Tomahawk has a black one. Elite and Art Studio seem to be the only non black len's they did.
Was a bit of a mad system, but I never had any problems with the 2 games I had that used it. Was not so good with TV's that were too big or too small I remember. Firebird also at one point managed to package some Elite's with the wrong lens, which lead to major headaches for some buyers.
I'm up to 9 different Lensloks now, which include 7 Speccy titles. One is blue and the rest a mix of red and black. I know there's still at least one more lens I don't yet have, which is also blue.
The extra 2 are Mooncresta for the Amstrad CPC and Supercharge for the QL. I've not yet compared them with the first 7 lenses as it's possible they reused the same ones on different platforms.
I still need to TZX the Mooncresta tape to load into a CPC emulator, and hope someone has already dumped an uncracked version of Supercharge (since I don't own a QL). Then I'll add them both to the Lenskey list :-)

Which is officially the correct name?
(mine is in a box and I haven't looked at it in close to two decades, and I don't remember which it is or if it even says it on there)
