Dow went down for it paying off large class action lawsuits, and then later the scientific studies showed they didn't do harm if they leaked and they're using them again. Saline implants are probably more "naturally" neutral, which should appeal to the holistic crowd, but I doubt they feel as real but I don't know. I hate implants myself.

I know what they say about leaking silicone not suppose to affect areas if they do leak - IIRC, we were told it depends on the biology of the woman - it'll affect some, others it won't. also, it played havoc with her blood pressure..

I do wish girls would stop buying these glossy mags where it basically makes out on every page you have to be perfect, perfect body, perfect chest etc. My missus reads this crap and seems to be depressed after reading em ! Keep telling her not to ! If it wasnt for all these mags i dont think half these girls would want these boob jobs
