You know guys, it's funny but this game it's exactly the same as Dragon's lair for the original Gameboy, but with different sprites.
In fact , I believe Elite just reused this Spectrum title to create a new Dragon's liar game around 1989-90.
The gameboy version was a bit easier, and had way better graphics, and two game speed options, but the level design and the items to collect are EXACTLY the same.

Yeah I read about that in Retro Gamer this month. Most players wouldn't have known at the time, but it shows you that Elite obviously thought the game mechanics held up half a decade later.
