Theres no power pack, therefore he cant say wether its working and you also have to get said powerpack if you go for it to see if it works.
all I would say, is think of it like a gamble, if it works your quids in.

The answer is it does not cost ?14 - because the auction hasn't finished. It would only cost ?14 if it was "buy it now". In my experience 95% of the bidding happens in the last 5 minutes, so the only guide to the cost of items on eBay is completed listings, not active ones.
