    Northampton does have one saving grace and that is it's Northampton and not Southampton meaning it's North of it's slightly Southern sister area, North generally equals better people, and better beer. Albeit Northampton is a sty but it's further North than Southampton which means that it is at least better than 1 place in the known universe...or something :D

    Given that from the human viewpoint, the Earth is in the centre of the known universe, then what azward says is true give or take a few thousand miles...

    What about that whole "sun" thing they say is supposed to hang out there?

    Correct everybody knows the Earth is flat and the sun travels around it, which means scientifically that the Earth IS the centre of the universe :D

    Ahhhhh, ok. Seeing as you used the word "Scientifically" then I will just nod and smile. Anybody who uses that word must know what they are talking about ... anyways, I'm a little scared of science, it always goes right over my head ... so I just accept it as it is and that is that.

    Updated information in Skarpo's memory banks:
    Earth = flat [check]
    Sun = flies around Earth [check]
    Earth = center of universe [check]

    Cross referencing against previous posts in memory banks:
    Earth = center of universe AND Northampton = center of known universe

    Earth = Northampton
    Updated pop. of Northampton = 6 billion+

    Yeah, but us humans don't actually live on the sun (even if it was quite warm today) - we might notice if we did. Supposedly we can see equally distantly in every direction, and as we live on Earth; that makes Earth the centre of our visible universe at any one time.

    Etc, etc, etc...

    You won't be needing glue at our workplace. We have... The varnish room! No ventilation, and round-the-clock 'happy fumes' permiating a 3mile radius. The hang over's a bitch though!

    Sometimes I read the first couple of post's from a thread and I'm not bothered about posting, you come back later and it's 11 pages long and about something else completely

    Sweet! That's what my job number 3 is like although ventilation is possible it makes it too hot, so it's better to suffer the fumes anyway. Ah yes! All the vinyl and polyurethane fumes the brain can handle, combine this with a couple of beers and it's like you've taken a couple of DF's :D
