Plus3E Roms

I saw this portuguese webpage where they have plus3E roms available for sale, but judging from the pictures they could be old.

I wonder if it's a good idea to upgrade a plus3 with these ROMs. I haven't read all the details about Plus3 upgrades, but if memory serves correct I would still require an external interface if I wanted to use an external 3.5" floppy or any other storage device and didn't want to change the external appearance of my Plus3 nor remove its 3" drive, correct?

I've ordered the DivIDE Plus, but I'm sure I will be using it mainly with the 48K and the Plus2. I'm not so sure how or if this upgrade would be advisable.
