Sorry about the knees lads, got a mate who hurt his knee, and used to be fit a fcuk, and now can walk OK and stuff, but get`s awful pains if he walks too far...

yeah, he`s that wannabe body popping lad or whatever one ain`t he. Don`t really pay much attention to footballer`s, there was a great footballer I noticed 6 year back or so, brilliant at crossing, shooting, but if he was running with the ball, apparently kept falling over though, according to my footballing mates.
Fcuk knows what he`s called, think he played or plays for liverpool, black lad, stocky, looks tall-ish?
I am starting to feel old though. Was running with my dog the other month, foot must have got caught in a small hole in the field, fell over and twisted my knee/ankle badly. In the old days a few days later i would have been up running again like nothing had happened.
Now my foots about cleared up but my knees still killing me weeks later like i've got arthritius (sp) or something. Felt indestructable as a kid but feel more fragile nowadays.

Dutch people are tall..for sure...but so are Norwegians. I got off lightly at 5'11''. Although in heels I am 6'2''.
I know an american girl thats 6'7'' and she wears high heels...and she is a big bully and uses her height in an almost aggresive way. Just thought I would add that.
