Job Offer

This is part of a job description I have just had from a slave trader.

As PHP Developer you will be working on innovative, interactive web site designs and a flash and PHP based content management system (CMS) for creating animated, interactive flash banners and applications.

I can't think of a better description of all I most loath about the web.

Job motivation could be an issue.

    i had a job offer the other day, but she looked like she had cold sores so i declined.

    do people get paid for creating flash animations?
