Deja Vu: The Remix map incorrect.

edited January 2008 in Infoseek database
The Crash map linked in Infoseek to Deja Vu:The Remix doesn't go with this game but with the original rather. I noticed this after looking at Pavero's new map.

BTW should the two games be included under "Series" ? ( i.e. Deja Vu and Deja Vu:The Remix. )

The SPOT entry (i.e. all listed magazine references) actually merges both Deja Vu versions, so I should link the SPOT entry to both titles.

I would tend to agree, yes. :-)

Maybe I misunderstand the reason behind linking both entries together ... but shouldn't the Remix map then also show up with the first game? At least seeing as the old/(wrong?) map shows up with the Remix one (???)

The merged references are in SPOT, which is Jim Grimwood's (external) magazine reference database, not Sinclair Infoseek itself, and therefore outside of my control; I just use it, for extra information.

Infoseek itself has 2 individual records (with SPOT linked to both records now) with individual downloads and additional files such as maps. Notice that the Crash map is also available as .jpg at the original record.

Edit: I sent Jim a request to separate the two games in SPOT.
