Screenshot appears to be from the Ubisoft game. I don't think the additional materials (code sheet) apply to the Codemasters game either, but that's a guess

    Pro Tennis Simulator did come with a code sheet... on the C64 version if you typed in the right code, the machine would reset and you could play a hidden game

    Sadly, I don't have this game (nor any of the compilations it appeared on) and cannot create a new screenshot. So I'll just remove this one.
