Oh, yeah, I forgot to thank you for pointing out that extra site to me. I was amazed at how petite(and small below) you actually are on those photos.

BTW, I'm forwarding you the bill for the cleaning of the carpet. I threw up a little when looking at those pics.

Well, you did say that it was a site with pics of you, when you were younger, on it. I was curious to know what you looked like back then vs. the sack of potatoes you are now

Awww, man! Now I'm hungry for twice-baked potatoes :-(
  • edited February 2008
Well, instead of having twice-baked potatoes I went for some bacon-wrapped pork with bearnaise sauce, sweet corn and skillet fried, thin-sliced potatoes. I had almost forgotten how home-made food tastes better.

I think I will rip apart at the seams.

    *burp* 'scuse moi!

If I come across a site with rss, I usually dump that in my agregator. Its much easier than opening hundreds of sites daily.

    The simplest twice-baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes until done (either at 400 deg. in oven for 45 minutes or in microwave). Cut open lengthwise and scoop out insides.

Put insides in a bowl and mix with milk, butter, salt and pepper until creamy consistency. Scoop back into potato hulls, top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts.

I sometimes add sour cream, some salsa and whatever else I have ready at hand.

A well done medium is rare.

    That is all.

oh i didn't know they were called that. i've been doing them for years. i like to seal the top back on with a mixture or ketchup and mayonaise. they are really tasty that way. :)
