Damageplan kind of passed me by. I wasn't really impressed with the album, but at least I got to see them live.

Also, check out my new band (kind of, I guest on drums for one track). www.myspace.com/julannemoore2006 I'm kind of listening to them at the moment :D

Cool, I'll have a butchers!! I play bass, we should meet up for a jam one day (my band haven't played together in ages)!! :)

What a joke, more like it was their rushed studio album where every tune has a whopping 2 or 3 chords, and I think his patter was an attempt at self delusion because he'd wasted a tenner on something that was not really very good at all.

To be honest, I thought In Utero was pretty poor as well. I only really liked Bleach and about 60% of Nevermind!!

I'm currently listening to Jeremy Vine on Radio 2. I never knew what he looked like untill I visited the radio2 website.

Listening to him I thaught he was an old man. Turns out he must be in his early to mid 40's.

I actually really like In Utero, listen to that quite a bit. Its like the Stone Roses final album Second Coming, loads of people slated that but to me its got some classics on. Still cant beat their early stuff but Second coming i dont think is bad at all.

Nah, I loved Secong Coming. They couldn't possibly have done an album at that time using their "old sound", and I thought they did a bloody good job of reinventing it (their sound).

I liked all the Stone Roses stuff, but Ian Browns solo stuff was a bit crap.

It started off kinda OK then just got worse and worse.

I agree. His first album (Unfinished Monkey Business) was really good though (especially Corpses).

Yeh my wife was surprised by what he looks like as well but I knew what he looked like from Newsnight. I was surprised by what Tim Smith off the afternoon show looks like coz I pictured him as looking more like Richard Hammond.

Oh, no. Every time you turn up something monumental and terrible happens.
