Check the two swords (upper left icon) set your attack mode in such a manner that the XP goes towards your strength ... which I think should then go towards your HP going up (I may be wrong on this). I have it set to shared distribution.

i can fashion iron armour and weapons now, so if you are using bronze gear let me know and i'll knock you up a suit of armour and some weapons made from iron.

I think one of the reasons why I am particularly fond of Rs is that it's completely home-made and has that very obvious "home-brewed" feel to it. Nothing too fancy, just pure playability (though horrendously repetitive when it comes to leveling up). I just (used to) enjoy the quests ... all I'm doing now is mining iron for ... erm ... "someone" ;-) BTW mile I have over 200 ores for you ready.

Ok, I'll have to do some of that then, too. I'm getting better at fighting, but need decent weapons... mine are cack!! Found a shield and a cape (really pretty it is, too :) ) last night, though!!

Be careful of the magician just s of Falador. I talked to him about his clothes and he changed me into a mushroom! So I had to stay there for a while and do nothing but go "Mmmmph!"
Oh, and btw, the random genie gives you a lamp and when you rub it you get a few hundred xp you can decide where to allocate to. (that's at least what happened to me, maybe he does other things as well???)
OopS! And be careful of the sandwich lady! She said I could have a baguette but I was focused on her name so I chose the sandwich! And because I chose the wrong thing I was teleported elsewhere (random location).

This past weekend I ventured way up north in the Wilderness, fourth time I've done that in 7 years or so. No other player around me the whole time, which was spooky because I do remember the other few times it was chockfull of people wandering around PKing each other.
I walked past some ice giants (far west f2p area) and then followed the northern fence for a bit east. All of a sudden I get two smokey things following me, I try to teleport to Lumb to no avail, then I am immobile and then I am dead!
I ran way up north as fast as I could but my marker deteriorated within a minute or two, so all my junk was lost :-( I decided I couldn't lose anything else, so I continued up north again and found out what bastard it was who killed me. Some lvl6X Revenant Vampire thingy, which conveniently enough is able to bar you from teleporting and it freezes you to the spot. Oh, well. My first real encounter to a bastard beastie in the game.
I lost a lot of excellent stuff I had been saving for a long time. Nearly 30k of equipment and it's all down the drain :-(
30k is a tonne of moolah to me in the game because I never participated in mining/smithing/selling for profit. All the money I ever made was from picking up gold coins and rewards from quests.
Oh, well. At least I got to see the Wilderness twice in the same evening, and I got to die twice also by the same bast.

its really pap. i can't speak to freinds neither, i tried adding someone in the game as a freind to open a private chat, but it showed him offline. so i cant even see if my freinds are online, let alone speak to them. i think is a 24hour ban, so i should be ok tomorrow.
