The latest Darling fad?

So apparently Code Masters are going to make a small fraction of their old 8/16-bit catalogue available as free downloads for the Wii to promote their current-gen titles (http://kotaku.com/372613/codemasters-rerelease-old-titles-as-wii-freebies). But the article seems to hint at the possibility of also putting those titles up on their website for the 8/16-bit machines. I wonder if there finally is a chance for WOS to get distribution for those? One can always hope ...
