i dont understand internet banking, the times i have had to do something with my bank ie arrange an overdraft, i have just give them a ring. why does everything have to be online these days. no wonder this country is the fattest in europe, no one has to stand up anymore these days.

you can work from home on the net, have food delivered on the net, watch some porn on the net, read a book online, get a movie online, get music online, find a gf online, buy a house online, and now crematoriums are getting webcams!!

    um wtf?

this is the worst idea I've ever heard, PCs should be sold with NO BUNDLED CRAP
the fact that so many have a years subscription to some hideous software like norton or mcaffe is a pain in the arse, especially since they're so hard to remove before you can install a decent a/v
You're looking at it from the wrong perspective.
I'd rather these clueless idiots at least had some sort of a/v (pref AVGFree) as default and the rest of us can put our own on there if we wish rather than have all these plebs getting their email and constantly opening scripts, giving themselves viruses and sending them around to everyone else's email then wondering wtf their computer never works when you've told them time and again to stop opening shite.
Forwarding things to more than 3 people should also result in a 7-day insta-ban from your ISP.

They are. You can get them from Apple and Asus

To be fair, Macs come with rather a lot of bundled crap too (although at least it isn't the "sit in your taskbar eating up resources" variety). Generally I'm happy for it to be there, although I do wonder how they can really justify including things like GarageBand when Microsoft would surely be lynched for doing the same thing.

I don't care if other people get viruses :p
and my email account eats all the forwarded virus ridden crap, I just go in every month and empty the folder :)
