Depending on my shift, i get up at whatever time, have a shower, have some breakfast, go to the bus stop, get bus, go to work and get shouted at by lots of angry punters on the phone!
On my days off i don't really have a routine. I just get up whenever i want.
When i started work at 5am I used to go in on my motorbike, even though it would take less time on a bicycle. But, I liked to blast down the back road, changing down through the gears, sounding like hell on earth, to let my colleagues know I was coming. :D
Actually, the real reason was on a Saturday morning, I wouldn't walk through the town centre because of all the drunks wandering about from the Friday night.
When I'm not working, I like at least 10 hours sleep.
Typically get up at 9am-11am. Starts with a cup of tea and a smoke, then a shower. I think about doing something, then decide it's just too much effort.
Then I turn on the puter and check for emails and then make a few posts on various forums.
. Up at 5:10 Throw on some clothes.
. Switch on PC for email checks and WoS posts, then get into some writing (If my mind is up to it) until 7:00
. Wash 'n' brush teeth, get dressed properly.
. Back to the PC.
. 7:45 Out the door to work.
. Hard days brain-draining slog.

I'm more thrifty and prefer to crap at work, use their paper AND get paid for it.
