haven't been playing much lately, will prolly start again next week if u guys will be on. it seems very boring being on your own. the last thing i was doing was playing fist of guthix to get a fancy shiled.
Yeah, it does get well boring on your own. I usually try and find noob-bashers and give them some grief.
I wonder if Dansolo plays runescape? Could be that troll on there the other week who kept threatening to "Pwn" me and "break my ankle". Then he pointed me to a youtube vid of him supposedly fighting to prove how hard he was, and it was 2 weedy little chavs. They slapped each other a couple of times and wrestled around for a minute. I was left thinking to myself "I am now absolutely terrified of being pwned and having my ankle broken".
It was pretty obvious the person I was arguing with was some ratty little teenager cos' he kept going on about how good at martial arts he was and how UFC was really cool. Also looking at his youtube video if that really was him, I can safely say he's never even seen a martial arts movie, never mind learned any actual martial arts.
He was entertaining anyway so much so Mile got booted for no reason, and Znormski got bored and left me to it
Has anyone been on Runsecape lately? It's all changed... Looks like they've done a new high detail version (haven't tried it though, my PC is pants), and the low detail version looks like the old high detail version (probably is).
Been playing for the last hour, had a whole coalmine all to myself. As soon as I go to write this post, someone with a higher mining level and a rune pickaxe comes along and hogs all the coal!! Bast!?
Last time I was on there was over a week ago, just went on to check if the 150 Steel Platebodies I had sitting in the GE had sold any.
They hadn't so I went and got them and sold them all to the shop.
Then I logged out.
I think the appeal was gone for me, I got sick of mining, and I still didn't want to do the missions yet. I'll start playing it again once I get some free time.
Too busy with reviews for PJs books, Putting Miles Mad Mission together, Work, and occasionally getting to play a game or 2, in between all the other real life crap that's going on at the minute.
What annoys me about RuneScape is that all the new quests are too hard for my puny level 101 character, and my wimpy Dragon Armour. I don't have the time to put in to get a godlike character, so now I'm just whiling away the days as a coal merchant and sitting on a pile of treasure in my player owned home.
I only play the freebies, I've only got five more to get through... but they all require me to kill powerful enemies, and my character's no good at fighting. So yeah, all I'm doing now is mining and fishing!!

Let me know when you guys want to do the Dragon quest ... that's next on my Rs agenda.
Yikes!! I might go back to mining soon, get out of the fishing biz for a while!!

I've got about 5 quests left, so I'm nearly there. Oh yes, nearly there!!

"Real life", eh? Always gets in the way, don't it?
