Mel you may be able to answer me a question, there's an oldish reggae tune from about 92 possibly older, it's pretty heavy though closer to dub than reggae (I think?). And it's a version of "Hole in the bucket".
You know "there's a hole in my bucket dear liza, dear liza."
Who the frig is it by, do you know?
It'll be sweet if you do cos' I loved that tune when I was going through my very early stoner days, and I can't remember who the fuck it's by.
Also there was another tune called Redeye or Redeyed, if you've heard it you'll know it "the chorus goes something like "Everything that you do they'll be there to fight you, it's like they want to see you die", any ideas? I ask you since you seem to like all the same mad old shit that I do :D
hmmmm tbh neither those choons ring a bell, sorry.

How can you go from reggae and dub, to the levellers?
Interesting combo :D
Don't like the Levellers really although hope street grew on me to the point where I actually really liked it. Don't like anything else by them. The only other tune by them I ended up having a sickly sweet liking to was Julie, basically cos' it reminds of a girl I wanted but never got my grubby mits on. She liked that tune, a lot, one of her faves.

Shame that it sounds right down my street.
last.fm gets them confused with another band of the same name but they do get this little mention which sounds like the right guys.
