Spectrum loading in music tracks

edited July 2008 in Chit chat
I know this subject has been covered before, but I recently found a music track featuring what appears to be a Spectrum game loading...

The track is: "A perfect day to drop the bomb" by Carter USM

Have I made a new discovery? Or did you know about it already?

I think Stereo MC's did a track once called Back To The Future (or something similar) that had a Speccy loading noise in it.

... Totally useless bit of pop-trivia there for you.

The Carter USM thing rings a bell, but that doesn't appear to be mentioned there. Worth dropping Equinox a line perhaps...

Yep, I already knew of that one, but used to be a huge Carter fan. Just assumed it was common knowledge
