pork chops
i do like a nice pork chop but i get bored in what to do with the chop itself.
i grill the thing (and maybe add egg and cheese topping)
and thats it. apart from cubing it and making a casserole, stew, thai dish.
so what are good ways to make chops whilst retaining the chop?

Another old favourite is honey and mustard.
ive done honey and mustard chicken b4. was nice.
Pasta? Gotta be mash with pork chops.
Mustard Mash, even better (whole grain variety).
if i'd have said that in my house growing up i'd have got a clip round the ear. we weren't that well off.
I always thought Lamb was cheap? It's steak that's expensive and pork chops are just mingin' weither they fall somewhere inbetween or not.
In the states Steak (even the really good stuff) is cheap, pork is pennies, even chicken is more expensive than pork, but Lamb costs a fuckin' fortune. My wife got me some minced lamb to make Keema with, and it's still in the freezer. It was $4.85 for 0.63lb of it, minced as well it'd have been almost 3 times that much if it was chops.
pork is cheaper than lamb, at least where i shop anyway.
