Hi i'm new here :)
I am needing a bit of help. I have bought a spectrum so that my dad and i can play a few old memories back from when i was a kid (20) ish years ago now. I am looking for a game but i can't remember its name. It was a kungfu style game where you could roam around and i believe you could pickup or had something to do with scrolls. It was set in a desert or yellowy style backdrop if it helps.
Any thoughts?

Though Graz is probably right, it may have been Way of the Exploding Fist II
(Definately sounds more like Fist II though)

Ooh, good call. Bought that one from Boots Sale in the late 80's for 0.99p. I never got round to completing it though, despite finding it rather fun... Heard it's pretty easy once ya got the knack. I do hope it turns about to be the game he seeks! :)

The description definitely sounds like Fist II...because of the scrolls thing. But it's hard to go more yellow than in Fighting Warrior. No scrolls though

Can you think of anything else about this game? If you relax a little and then try to write what you remember in not so few words, even if you make mistakes, it will probably give enough clues.

Thanks for the welcomes and replies. Sadly none of the above are the game i'm looking for, so last night i conceeded defeat and i've asked my dad for help as i am sure he will remember, i was hoping for it to be a suprise! Now its driving him mad as well as he also can't remember :D
The game in question is really quite vague in memory now so i can't be anymore descriptive than i have been. I believe you had to collect scrolls for some purpose or other, you were a little ninja/kungfuy type person roaming around random desert land (i think) trying to find them and killing people as you went.
