Super Bug in Arkanoid 2

I was playing this great game on my spectrum, when something very weird happened . I was playing the second level when I got to complete it, I mean I broke all the bricks...but in the last brick (or the one before) one of the items appeared..it was the monkey, so before reaching the exit I hit the monkey...and suddenly a lot of corrupts bricks appeared and the colors started to corrupt too.

Its always curious to see these things in great arts of work like this case.

    Woo Hooo! and now I have a different game! haha all the levels are changed and there are corrupt and flashy grapchis everywhere, the ball goes slowly, I wonder what button I touched... :D

    It happened again, I was playing arkanoid 2, I tried the same thing, and the game corrupts, but I dont know if that's because of some type of incompatibility (I own a +2A), although the game was released in a time where it shouldnt be any problem with this machine.

    One weird thing that happened to me when I was loading Arkanoid 2 was this:

    I hit by mistake the Casette player during game loading . THe normal loading procedure was obviously interrupted. Then instead of seeing the usual spectrum-reset black screen, I saw a logo like this :

    /--The--\
    | Beatles|
    \
    /

    but it was drawn in good graphics (not a random series of text/lines)...
    This logo was appearing in various random spots of the loading screen.

    It never happened again & I never read anyone else having the same logo appear..

    It seemed to me -at that time- that it might be some kind of easter egg triggered by mistake when I interrupt the loading process...

    Anyone , seen this logo?

    The Beatles logo seems to be part of the loading screen which is normally covered up by being painted black-on-black. You can see it on Equinox's site, along with lots of other interesting curios.

    Try playing the game in an emulator (as per your setup) and see if it can be replicated.

    If it happens again then start recording it as an AVI or RZX (i.e. you would need to use an emulator supporting recording).
