Yup I noticed the vanishing objects, at first I thought I'd used the empty coke can, but when I dropped several other items as a test they all vanished without any kind of reward or prompting.

Not to worry though I now know it's that room, I won't drop anything in there again :D

I've been trying to burn everything with lighter, tried to kill the woman with the machine gun, tried to make holes with screwdriver, tried to fill the can with acid, but nothing happens... help! (still stuck after picking up the ladder)

Thanks everybody for your warm comments. Do you think it is good enough, that I should contact Cronosoft and ask about publishing?

I'll look for the bug mentioned, but it may be difficult to hunt.

Worldxxisoft, I can see that you almost finished the game.

But I have an impression that you have reached a dead end. It is possible in this game. (yes, I know I was mean)

Think about these loose bricks and what should be used there before you used it elsewhere and lost it :)

I am gonna try the game, just now!

    great game by the way.

I have been playing the game.

Good graphics, very good atmosphere, and very good playability, I like this game, the way you have to investigate about the objects and everything.

Definetely, this game must have a cassette version, talk to Simon ;)

Yeah! I just put the fire out! Looks a nice little game on first impressions. Will have a play around with it later. ;)

Thanks Ralf. Game finished! Sorry

    Nice game!

    Excellent game.

But now, having got to the pretty neighbour and found the dead man, I can't seem to get any further. Am I supposed to do something with the short circuited wire?

    Help!!!!! :D

As someone said before, some objects dissappear after leaving them, and I think they dissappear when you leave them at the same point where there is a door. That must be a bug.

And the second thing, what is an angle? As I don't know what that is, I don't know how to use it!

    Very good game ;)
  • edited February 2009
An angle is a fishing rod so it's useful in getting something that you can't reach ...

Hopefully, you can catch me up and tell me what I have to do next!! :D

    niiiiiiice!

wow, that was again some ZX adrenaline - had a little go...
that is = loading on realtime,
enjoying the magic of being it the "first time",
staring at the loading screen for a few minutes... and still afraid of Tape Loading Error,
    gosh, that?s priceless! :-D

nice game you got there :)
but I just quenched the fire and then broke glass with bare hand only to bleed to death
will try again my luck later, looking forward to it

Is the bin full? And if so where will you empty it?

Which of the following are useful?

    Wire
    Lipstick
    Deodorant
    Rubber Boots
    Empty Can
    Old Mop
    Bulb
    Screwdriver (used once already)

Very nice game indeed. had a quick go, got lucky (after cutting my hand on the first attempt) and managed to get up an down the stairs, in and out a few doors. Will definitely be revisiting this one!

Thanks! I emptied the bin into the toilet (very bad for the environment!).

I'm not able to use the lock pick... and what is the empty bin useful for? I guess I'm just not good at this game (other than finding a few bugs).

    Regards,

    Shaun.

and what is the empty bin useful for?

What puts fire out? Where do you find it in a bathroom?

How did you get the lockpick without first getting the Angle? Have you managed to jump the balcony somehow? Or do you mean you can't reach it?
  • edited February 2009
    there is a lockpick??? where?

great game, highly adictive! if you get it published it would look great on other formats (like using that old engine that copied lucas point and click games).

although I think it looks good on speccy, it gives it a darker look to the game!

Are you suggesting this game would look good in breadbin brown?

I have no idea of what that is...

but it would sure look good with a "broken sword" look!

Yes, I've jumped the balcony and picked up the lock pick. I don't know about the Angle though. I've tried many numerous positions for placing the bin etc... which I assume you must fill with water. It all seems a bit too fiddly to me, sorry!

    Shaun.

If you have the bin empty, it is maybe time to fill it up ;-).

how on earth have you manage to jump the balcony? (I feel stupid I solved the bucket, but I always die in the balcony...)

objects I have no clew what they are for: Empty Can, Deodorant, Rubber Boots (I'm expecting some electrical floor some place) and Extiguisher....

by the way am I the only one who loses objects when I dump them on the screen with the first elevator?

(great game, highly adictive, I had forgoten how fun a point n click could be!)

any one solves the light bulb and the 666 puzzle yet? (is there a puzzle at all?)

what about the wire? or the electic problem?
  • edited February 2009
Note to the management of Skyscraper of Doom:
The base of the toilet on the 29th floor is on backwards(deadman's toilet). Please fix it before some drunkard tries to use the toilet...

Thank you, oh and how do I get past the zombie?

It's nice to see that this little game of mine sparkled so much interest.

I read all the comments about bugs and other things to correct. I'll correct them for sure, I just need some rest from this game. I have just spent too many hours with it while writing.
