Use one of the windows in starting room and practice long jump. (last jump is a bit hard to do) :)
When you pick it up walk to the left and you'll appear at starting room (if you jump, you get stuck :( ) -maybe another bug? (but this one is very useful ;) )-
PD: Do this thing the first one and use a zoom of 200% or higher. -for practical reasons-
one more thing... for a minute there I'm glad I tried other uses for the crowbar before it disapeared!

I completed this game 2 months ago and noticed that this game has 2 ways to finish it:
- The 1st one: It's the best one, you rescue the girl. (it's at tipshop)
- The 2nd one: You can escape ignoring the girl. After she gives you some info, you can go to top floor, get the ladder (it's at roof) and escape. -you can ignore the vehicle parked at roof :) -. (it's a bit faster :) )
But you always see same ending. :)
Some tips (if you're stuck):
Spoiler:
- There are two useless items: the cola can and the bulb (and the angle if you're a kamikaze :) ).
- Use trashcan (full of water) to extinguish fire at floor 27.
- Use extinguisher with fire at floor 26 -you save a girl, she gives some info but refuses to go with you-. [Ignore fire at floor 29.]
- Use hammer to break the glass and get extinguisher.
- You must select the boots when you want to walk in acid. (if you've it, but it isn't selected you die)
- If you try to open the car [using the modulator] and you haven't the unholy amulet, you die (the guy that appears shoots lasers instead of a dart).
