    He was 95...

    btw my Granddad worked with him on all the Carry On films up to 1978.

    Sad news indeed. Though at 95, a good innings as they say.

    Big fan of the Carry on films, especially the earliest ones. In fact a few months back I won for my team a ?150 rolling jackpot in a pub quiz for successfully naming the seven black and white Carry on films. Happy days, and thank you Mr Rogers.

    A shame he had died. He was planning a new Carry on film 'Carry on London'. RIP Peter Rogers.
