Kosmos is made by the Shaw Brothers ... which is all fine and dandy.

So as to keep a full record, here are their names, and their particular involvement with this game:

Always wondered why they are "Shaw Brothers", if they have different fathers (according to the D in Graham D. Shaw, R in Adrian R. Shaw, etc)... Cousins maybe?

I am one of those simpletons who took them letters there between the first name and surname as being middle initials. But I could be way off on that one ... like in a different galaxy or something.

I think Shadow Maker is drawing conclusions based on the Russian convention for middle names, which consistently uses the father's first name.

In the UK (and elsewhere), we don't have a strict rule like that... as far as I know, the most common convention is for the first child to be given the father's first name, then the second child to be given the father's second name, and so on until you run out of names. (But these days, they're just as likely to be anything at all... favourite footballer, name of Greek island where they were conceived, Beyonce, Trixabelle...)

My sincerest of apologies to Shadow Maker ... didn't know where he was hailing from :-)

I'll add the missing ones to the credits.

This reminds me, the middle initials should be added to their names in the database!

Actually yes, I was always wondering about the system of how the middle name is created in UK, coz I really tried to find it one day, but did not find any common rule, looks like in different part of UK there are different traditions about naming :( Coz as I read in wiki, there was also a tradition in UK & USA to give a middle name be the same as the father's full name, but it is not commonly used, so this is why I asked so strange question :)

It was Crash magazine in their review of our cowboy game "Gunfighter", who gave the authors name as "The Shaw Brothers", so we started using that name more in our game credits.

This reply pinged my subconscious that I still wanted to correct your team name from "Shaw Brothers" to "The Shaw Brothers".
This has now (finally) been done!
