Hello

Ok,you are probably thinking what is Ladderman going on about giving the title of my post.I will try to explain. In the GTA:SA mission "Black project" C.J. has to steal a Jetpack. The area it is in is a No fly zone, that is it is forbidden or denied to the public.Could the authors having a go at the ZX spectrum distribution question, giving the 2 above things(jetpack+denied area).I hope what i am talking about makes some sense. Thanks for taking a look.

I see where you are going with this, but it's highly unlikely to be anything to do with the speccy.... Your brain is working too hard, maybe you read to many conspiracy theory books, :)

I know what you mean this thought has crossed my mind a few times, so at least you know you're not crazy (or at least not the only crazy one :D). Good question though as Rockstar do seem in touch with the retro side of things. The mock Commode startup from Vice City is proof of that. Some of the tunes in Bully also resemble souped up 80's computer game tunes.

Never played The Warriors but I bet that is loaded with retro quirks, isn't there a mission on it that's a tribute to double dragon?

Going out on a bit of a limb here, but I think it might be a reference to the fact that areas and facilities owned by governments (military in particular) are often restricted.

Sort of... when you complete the story missions, you unlock a playable arcade machine at your HQ called Armies Of The Night, and it is very much like Double Dragon.
