Sending a Fax

Whats the easiest way of sending a Fax from my computer in th UK to the US.


Are there some good online services, or is there an app that will let me use the modem in my computer?

    If you are running Windows, the Fax facility has been there for years. It's usually not installed by default, but if you have a look at the Windows features, you should be able to find and install it from there.

    Interestingly, my Vista Laptop had this service installed and it worked well. It was easy to do, I was supprised. I just hooked it up to the phone outlet, attached the image scans, entered the number and bobs yer uncle.

    It was thinking it was goig to take me to hell and high water before it would send a fax. Apparently not.

    Yeah its free but they insert adverts into the cover pages. I would not want somone to mistake my important fax for spam.
