He promises to post all eBay items as soon as his son come home. A time-frame was not mentioned in the communication, but I do hope this will happen soon.

That's very sad news but I hope Lee's son is ok. I don't think Lee should concern himself whatsoever about posting any eBay stuff. My thoughts are with him and his family at what must be a tough time.
Yep I heard from him as well as i tried contacting him to say we're all a bit concerned !
As Martijn said his son wasnt well at all and so has been practically living at the hospital. Plus i think he split up with his missus as well (they may be back together) so everythings been on the backburner.
Hope his son makes a full recovery obviously. Thought it was odd Lee was totally quiet as hes the complete opposite of 'Boomzilla'

I will close the dispute I opened in Paypal immediately. There's no rush on the games.
My thoughts are with him and his family.
The good news is, everything is fine :) It's taken some time to catch up with work etc...
Now for the bad news - I no longer have any of the tapes - they have all gone to the preservation team shop.
I haven't yet sorted out paypal (they have locked the account) which I am hoping to do tomorrow.
Can anyone that's been left out of pocket please email me or PM me and I will sort out the refunds.
