AFAICT he won't be allowed back as rubberkeys (that username has a certain stigma attached to it) he should look upon DATACORDER as a fresh chance and a 2nd (erm... 4th and last) chance to operate within the parameters of the forums rules and regulations.

Personally i would unban his RUBBERKEYS id, because i don't know about anyone else but my forum name is very important to me as i found out when creating a gmail account and i couldn't have it because someone else had nicked it, but if anything against forum rules occurs again, ban his IP address.
i don't think you can ban the IP without effecting others that might be on that domain. either way you can change your IP address or use a proxy server.

i know rubberkeys got banned from a previous thread that i was posting in. while he posted pornographic material, that was in keeping with the threads direction, was not the intention. i didn't even know who he was back then. no ill intentions are meant from any of my posts to anyone and i'll stay aloof from rubberkeys rather than stir him up in the future.
