it was a PSU.. but it doubles as a giga counter.. the amount of noise it makes is a joke.. I'm returining as it's faulty obvious.. the bloke advertised it as "working and tested".. wtf.. he must be mutton if he couldn't hear that racket.

nah it did sound like it was gonna pop.. I know how loud they are supposed to sound, and they normall go that loud when either
1)someones done a bodge job repair
2)they are about to fail..
no way am I accepting that ish..if you advertise something as WORKING / TESTED.. then yer.. it should be... otherwise they should have put.. works.. .but sounds like your next to some high voltage cables.. haha

maybe he posts on here, it's someone who does it for a living.. e.g. the lots are between 50-800 games.. (yer I said 800, that wasn't a typo)

I get your point but if its someone selling off their sons games which have been in the loft for ages he'll just count up all the tapes and put '55 games'. My mum wouldnt go through all the tapes thinking, well actually its only 40 games, 7 demos, 8 cover tapes.... etc.
If he is a proper dealer of games then most people would just put '75 games various'... etc
I must admit i would have blocked you as well as that seems a bit anal !
At the end of the day anyone buying those must see the picture and think 'couple of rasputin demo tapes in there but i'll buy the joblot anyway....'
I sold an old computer mag once, I put slight tear on cover in the description but decent for a 25 year old mag', however as i didnt get it exactly right the guy who bought it went mental because on page 47 it had been folded forever so it ruined the page. People like that i just dont want to sell something to, specially when its like ?3.
thats the point...it wasn't someone who had em in the loft.. it was obviously a person making a living or at least trying to out of it..
obviously to find the cost of the tape. you'd divide em.. so you'd be dividing 95 instead of a 100 if you see what I'm getting at.
if it wasn't a retro-shop I'd have said nothing.. palming off demos , knowing they are only demos is a bit off.. it wasn't just 1.. it was 5 of the bast's..hehe
