20 Dec 2009 ... Brittany Murphy died last night after she went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived, multiple sources tell TMZ. She was 32.

    That's exactly what I was thinking but I'm pleased you said it first. I had to google the name and was relieved (if that is the correct word) to see it wasn't a political activist or a nobel peace prize winner.

    Only saw her in the film 8 Mile where she was very good.

    Either way sad to hear about someone dying specially just before Xmas, feel sorry for her husband and family

    I just heard about this too....I really liked her! She came across as being completely insane which always endears me to a girl.....

    I've watched "Love and other disasters" with her recently, a rather poor romantic comedy, so I knew her name.

    She was also the voice of Luanne in King Of The Hill. I loved that series years ago. RIP Brittany.

    she sounded like the woman outta moloko .. errm I didn't know her really besides her being a voice in KOTH..

    sad someone dies so young, but many around me have.

    Some more new facts are coming out about her.

    It looks like she was addicted to medicaments and probably experimented with drugs too.
