Just spent the last half hour playing it and I love it. Well done Boozy. :)

I seem to be stuck though. Is there anything beyond The Dunny or The Archives as I can't find a way out of either screen and no exits in any other rooms either.

In quite a few of the rooms, collecting all the objects opens secret doors...

Nice job! Thanks for the game and for the laughs! The references to WOS and forums members are great. :)

You did quite an awesome job. This has to be my favourite JSW sequel :)

Downloaded the Big Pack and just had a quick go!

    Excellent stuff!!!

DM, this is brilliant, many thanks and kudos indeed. Sadly, owing to circumstanced beyond my control, I've not yet had much time to play it, but I've found my screen (the graphics and the notice board are fantastic - are the solid objects on the floor Irn Bru cans? And what are the objects you pick up) and am going to hammer the game later on when I can. It took me ages to work out where to jump from on the 1st Landing, by the way - an evil bit of positioning by you!

Yes, there are many great screens, and that was one of the best.

Thanks again, mate. This is well worth the wait!

Nice one! Thanks for all the hard work, I'm going to give this a good rinsing.

You are the room on the left of where you start.

    What room?

All I see is stars and huge exploding planets giving out bonuses to collect for extra fire power to build up your ship so that it so big it makes things on the screen hard to see. And a great big bomb thing and holes to dig and fill and diamonds and great big baddies with swinging arms and legs and a hole to leap into to get other stuff that is hidden and things that swing and sing and sting and things.

    Ah, wrong game.

    Sorry.

I don't know, but they were the best of times.

Thanks for the kind words so far peeps, it's nice to have finished it (at long last). I'm now working on a very quick JSW remake that popped into my head as a spin-off of 2 other very quick MM remakes I was thinking about doing (I still haven't remade Manic Miner yet, after all this time). Gonna try and release it as another ZX-MAS title before the new year is over, lets see how that works out

There's a couple of heads up to you in the game, for a start there's a mutant dogsheep later on, you actually get to play as it :D

Well I figured the thread would decend into shit now that I've finished the game and released it, so I thought I'd post something moderately sensible, before yours and Normski's flirting ruins it completely and it becomes impossible to rescue it ;)

/me thinks it's time we had a psychiatrist on the WoS payroll. :p

By the way, thanks for the tips Boozy and Zagreb. I got a bit further and ended up in two impassable* rooms. HAYLP! :D

*at least to me. I'm rubbish at games though. ;)

I've had a lot of fun playing this.
Specially like boozies trailer and the off topic thread screen.
Just in the process of making a map (got all the screen shots, just need place them in the correct order), which I won't upload until later in the year to give you all a chance.

Cool game, trying to RZX it at the moment. A couple of questions about the ZX Shed room?

    1. Can you get the top-right object without dieing?

    2. How do you get out after collecting the objects? :-p

Thanks Boozy. Can you tell me how many objects there are in total to collect? I've got 201 so far.

    Some more questions.
    Spoiler:

    All help gratefully received. :)

First post from somebody who really never has had anything constructive to say. This offering made me crawl out from the shadows though, because this really is an excellent game :). I downloaded it last night, and after an old school nightly session (taking me back to when I first got my Speccy (which still works!)), followed by a few hours this morning I (think I have) completed the game thanks to an awful lot of snapshots, and I can confirm it can be completed without losing a life (though the ending is pretty sadistic :D).

I've played a few JSW-remakes (I also used to play quite a bit of JSW:Online) and this is one of the best, and well suited to my lack of JSW-skills. There are some great gags and some real challenges (I'll never eat Special K again :D). Congratulations and my compliments for a really excellent game, and one quick question....when's the sequel going to be released? :p

Boozies willy and cheese don't sound too appealing in the same sentence :D

... Seriously though well done on a fantastic jsw remake!
