    Looks like I'm not going to miss this Xmas by much. Due to one thing and another, it will initially be YouTube *only*.

    But High-Quality YouTube. Should be a lot higher definition than the regular chapters - twice the resolution using DVD/MPEG2 compression (so, higher bitrate too).

    Animation looks fab as an MPEG2 file - loses a lot of detail on Facebook's video player. Let's hope YouTube's encoder is better.

    Guess I'd better finish off the rest of the special then.

    Just doing the bit at the end briefly covering Xmas '91 and '92. It's very short because it's quite depressing.

    Very very little to do now. Definitely before New Year. Probably. Hopefully.

    Now uploading 1GB of DVD-quality video up to YouTube. It'll be a few hours... plus time for copyright clearance...

    Hopefully all done and available before 2010 :)
