    Also ... according to this page P.D.'s last name is spelled (twice) with an "r" (i.e. Durbridge) but on this page it's without the "r" (i.e. Durbidge).

    I would go with the first one, with the "r" ... mainly because the guys were actually there to be interviewed, and one would think the person writing down the name would have it right (then again ...)

    It's "Durbidge" in the WoS archive ... is that spelling official, as in did said person contact WoS and have the name spelled that way? (Nosey bugger, you! -Ed)

    Which way is it spelled on the inlay?

    Marco Duroe has been added.
    As far as I know, Durbidge has only one 'r' in it.
