Is that that "death rap" dude? I heard one of his albums a couple of years ago and I quite enjoyed it. I never brough it though :-p
I'm curently listening to the sound of my washing machine
Yep! I used to think Necro (and other death rap/horrorcore types), was kind of crap and cheesy years ago, but I kinda like some of his stuff now. I actually like the music on the tracks, the lyrics don't really do that much for me really, although I must admit some of them are pretty clever at times.
Husker Du: Candy Apple Grey
Current Track: I don't Know for Sure.
Trying to locate a download of Du Huskers: The Twin Cities Replay Zen Arcade, or Case Closed. An old mate of mine had the first one years ago and I never got to hear the whole thing. I've never heard the second one, but it sounds interesting. They're both Husker Du cover albums with loads of other bands on em'.
[strike]All the links I find keep turning up dead though....the buggers![/strike]
The Misfits - Land of the Dead. It's the first new recorded material by them in 10 years and it's simply fantastic. I'll be honest and say that I was nevr into the Jerry only fronted lineup as his voice didn't seem to fit, but he sounds perfect here. A real joy to listen to and only the second thing I've ever downloaded from I-Tunes.
I'm also listening to a Cradle of Filth bootleg "Life is Your Sacrifice". I've not heard it in years, but their live sound is/was simply amazing. Shame they lost it a little recently :(
Some old Oasis single from back when they were quite good. "Fade Away" is one of my favorite songs off of these singles. It's track 4 on the Cigarettes & Alcohol single. Was it on an album or just a b-side?
H.D.Q - you suck / i believe 7" / the punk years (repeatedly at the minute) forgot how good this late 80s sunderland melodic hardcore punk band were...awesome
just trying to find a dvd thats floating around the net of em from birmingham 88 as i was there
also played some kings of leon and koffin kats)

I might have asked this here before, but did Chuck Mosley actually record anything with them?
If that's the squawky voiced geezer from Faith No More then some of Bad Brains' stuff has him on it, infact some of the tunes on Rock for light totally sounds like it's him on them (might not be but it sounds well like him).

You'd think that if he played so many gigs there must be something recorded with him on it, even just the odd track. I think my brother's got Rock For Light, I'll check that out and see if it is him. I'm just really curious to hear some of his post-FNM stuff, he was in another band called Cement (I think), but their stuff is really hard to find.
EDIT: Just checked through the credits for each album on Wikipedia, and he's not credited on any of them there, but I'm not sure how accurate them pages are...
hes DEFINITELY not on about the first 5 albums.........rock for light, i against i, quickness, and a couple more ive forgotten the name of, the first 3 is definitely HR

Yes that HR geezer is on the back cover of I against I and it appears the white geezer is Dr. Know. So I really have no idea if screechy faith no more guy recorded anything with them? If he did it'd be late 80's early 90's?

Aye now that I think about it late 80's/early 90's he was still with Faith No More, although he quit those pretty quickly didn't he?
Wasn't really a big fan of Faith No More tbh ended up with a snidey copy of Epic back in about 91/92 no idea where it came from though? Gave it away to one of my long haired mates in about 93/94, I wasn't gonna listen to it anymore.
Come to think of it I think I gave away a dodgy copy of Angel Dust as well? Either that or it's still sitting in a box somewhere in me ma's attic back in blighty?

Aye, he got booted after the second album, around '88. Shame really, the first two albums are my faves of theirs, although I do still love the Patton stuff (I'm convinced the man is a genius LOL!).
Listening to: random Galliano playlist on Spotify. Only recently started using Spotify, 'tis rather good (except for the adverts... I'm using the free service).
