Melted keyboard connector
Just wondering if it's possible to replace the plastic keyboard band that goes from motherboard to keyboard. I'm clumsy and stupid and managed to melt half of it with a solder. There was only a couple of keys working but i managed to get most of them going again by melting the band back together i have made the band really short and also letter K is not working which could cause problems if i wanna use kempston on some games. Is it possible to replace this and what is it called so i know what to look for.

the keyboard tails are part of the membrane unfortunately
I think i'll have to do spares and repairs on ebay in the future. for now i've swapped the membrane out of another +2 i had that i don't use kempston interface with so the lack of K is not really a problem seeing as i only play games on there and k is only used for kempston selection in all the games i play.
Edit: duh and keyboard but again that won't bother me cos i use sinclair ports
