    there can be only 1: Turbo Espirit. Proper driving game where you can just cruise

    Chase HQ is driving perfection on the Spectrum for me. Don't think it was ever matched by anything else - fast, flowing, responsive and very playable.

    I loved nightmare rally, it has probably my fave ever loading screen by my fave artist F D Thorpe.

    I always thought it was funny a lambo on the case but you drove an xr3i in the game. Perhaps not the greatest racing game but it had some strange game play.

    Chase HQ was the best driving game ever on the spectrum. No contest. Also liked Power Drift, WEC Le Mans and Super hang on.

    No doubting chase hq is the best, i was hoping to find there was a similar game in which you were racing in a championship and position not just against the clock that was the purpose of this thread. I'd say powerdrift is the closest there is from what i've seen.
