Best Remakes?.

Hello all.

As the title of the thread suggests i am looking for some remakes of Speccy games.I already know about The remakes of Head Over Heels & Rana Rama,but is there any others i should be looking out for.Also,is there any remakes that are comong soon that can be also recommended?.Thanks for looking.

    There's another remakes site, but strictly for remakes of Spectrum titles. :-)
    The years of release are displayed in the list.

    I usually visit here daily.

    They have a lot of good remakes on here, and not all the games are direct remakes quite a few of them are mash up games with mad names like tetri-pong (I think that's a real one?).

    If they still have a link to it on there (or if you can find it elsewhere for that matter) I would suggest checking out the PC remake of Orc Attack, it's one of my faves.

    And Nobel's Manic Miner remake is generally considered to be very good.

    The Atic Atac remake is superb. It keeps the sound from the original game as well as adding new sounds and graphics and it is all the more wonderful for it. I think it is the best remake I have ever played.

    I should add that I really enjoyed the remake of Highway Pursuit and that the Cybernoid 2 remake looks pretty good but I haven't played it myself having never been a fan of the original (too darn hard for my liking!).

    Klass Of 99 is certainly worth checking out. Not so much a remake, more of an unoffcial sequel.
