I don't know the part number. But two years ago when I asked my uncle to replace the ear jack on a 48K he told me I was in luck because he always had those laying around. In less than an hour my 48K was able to hear again. :) I don't think he knew the part number either.
Where did you buy the jacks or have you the articel number and the manufacturer?
Micky
I bought them in my local electronic shop. I asked for mono/stereo jack and they showed my all the models they had.
Like chassis mount jack were cheaper, I bought some of them. Later, in my house, I checked them and found that this stereo model could be adapter very easy. ( and can be used with the original mono cable)
All the model they showed me are very common. A example:
If you look for jack 3.5mm in the web www.maplin.co.uk ( for example), I can tell you that the 2 models that you can see in the first page, are in my local shop ( I'm from spain)
In the second page, you can see the model that i bought.
Comments
there are schematics / manuals on here listing parts.. have you looked under documentation on the main site
Micky
EAR 3.5 mm jack socket
MIC 3.5 mm jack socket
PWR 2.1 mm co-axial socket
Mouser.com has quite a few if you search for 3.55 mono jack...shouldn't be too difficult to find a match.
I only see the same jack in ebay and a UK shop ( long time ago)
I made a tutorial where I showed how I put 2 stereo jacks in a Spectrum+128K. As you can see, this jack are similar to old mono jack
