The thing that makes this funny for me isn't so much the fact that it's funny (as it's not really that funny), but the fact that about 90% of the total brain dead fucktards that lurk around youtube all day posting things like gangsta rap videos, celebrity bloopers, and things like Perez Hilton getting punched, and all the sad arguing between themselves on the comments threatening to "Merk" or "Drop" or "Rince" each other won't get the joke.
I know where it is, I live in Brighton, but I was just using it as an excuse to bad mouse Bognor.
This is not really good special effects and editing as it appears to be, this really happens all of the time down here, at 3.45pm every day.
Also we have just taken delivery of Worthing pier, to replace the one that fell down, you can see it in the background, behind the teddies.............Unless it IS Worthing........

I actually don't mind the Utah Saints, but it's more of a nostalgic thing than them actually being great.
