Oh yeah, say goodbye to anything slightly interesting on TV before 7pm for a while. Your life is about to be taken over by CBeebies/Nick Jr.
Luckily my eldest being six has moved on from the likes of Dora, Lazy Town, In the Night Garden, etc. I have to suffer the likes of Hannah Montana, Jonas and Suite Life on Deck but we also get to watch Phineas and Ferb and Spongebob Squarepants, which it has to be said, are both bloody awesome!
Have 3 of my own. 10, 10 and 2 (boy, girl and boy). Any tips? I'm still trying to figure the first one out, and he's transcending into a 'Kevin' type teenager at a rate quicker than an over clocked cpu...
Good luck with that. Ignore what women might tell you: parenthood is a really difficult job. Lisa told me that everything was easy and everything was going to be fantastic blah blah... but things work out at the end.
Great news! A mini-scottie and a mini-psj... CONGRATULATIONS!!!
... and wellcome to the amazing world of changing nappies, cleaning poos, no sleeping at nights, Disney characters (you will end up hating Disney!), ... :-D
Well, I see this kind of threads is being common in this forum... :)
We're having our 20 week scan on tuesday, nervous but excited as well.
I cant believe the woman took that picture from the machine ! Normally they take a few and then select one for you to print out. Funny comparison though!
Oh you're here? That means it wasn't you they nicked for killing all those prossers in Shipley :p
Oh and BTW Scottie the Terminator thing is exactly what I thought before I even read your little comment about it
Both my wifes aunt are up teh duff again now, both due in January, I dunno how people can afford to keep having all these babies round here, it costs about $37 for a bag of french fries a couple of pies and 2 12 packs of pop :???:

My niece is up the duff again - this is her third and she's only 18.. (she's a right tearaway), that's not the worst of it - if the rumours are to be believed, she's having this one with my thieving, destructive oaf of a cousin (who is 17).
ZX1 - considering we were all kids ourselves during the heyday of the Speccy, most of us being parents ourselves isn't unreasonable.. I'm swearing no more kids but knowing the wife, she'll want one or two more after our eldest goes off to university (considering we'll both be around 36 at the time, that's not unreasonable, still young'ish)..
Congratulations to you both. Welcome to the end of your life as you know it ;-)

I swear if I hear another Hannah Montana (or Jonas Brothers) song, I'm going to scream! Hands up who had to suffer the Hannah Montana Movie in the cinemas? (or who had to go through the embarrasment of asking for Hannah Montana games in GAME? The wife refused to let me order them online for our eldest, saying it was my duty as a dad to buy them in the shops no matter how embarrasing it was).

No 18 weeks, at 12 weeks she/he would be much less developed.
Oh we have other pictures, I just put that one up because it was the funniest.

Names, Clive? Willy? Alan?
It's the early nights in Jan / Feb as everyone is skint after Chrimbo!
If you were younger than me it might be a better deal.
Mind you it does mean I got the credit for some very great computer games.
Sorry no deal Froby. :D
Apart from me! Must be the time of year.............
Wouldn't know I ain't got any sprogs, and from how busy me and missus Boozy have been recently I might as well tie a friggin' knot in it :D
I've been a dad for just over five months now and I don't know how I did without her for so many years - she's amazing.
All the best to you and yours.
