Just listened to Electro Hippies Play fast or die, and Extreme Noise Terrors er...Extreme Noise Terror, whilst sanding 420ft of qaurter round beading by hand. Not much fun my right hand and both my arms are friggin' knacking me now.
Been quite a while since I've listened to those 2 albums though, might bung em' both on my MP3 player as I kind of got into them while I was at sanding.

Did you skim read what I said, I did it by hand, a bench, a bit of glasspaper wrapped round a ruler for the ends, and a sanding pad for the quarter rounds, no power tools unless you count the CD player that I listened to the music with as a motivational power tool

Maybe a little bit?
They're odd, a little harder than hardcore, not as krusty as krust, and not as brutal as grindcore? :D
