And top marks to Mr.Hat. (you ought to stay around you might like it here)

And cavort with the specy enemy ;)

I think it's about time I gave you some info about my friendship with Mr.Smifff.

I was a C64 coder (the superior machine:-P) at Ocean when Jof joined the industry... we go back a very long way and have in one way or another worked together writing games until about 6 years ago!

Have you ever seen "Commercial Breaks - Battle for Santa'a Software"? Jof will hate me for posting this...

This was how it all started for both myself and Jof, back in the days when I had hair! It's a 3 part-er and you can get a better link with audio for part 1, I think the other parts are audio equipped.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K677jEFgSug

I'll post an update on Jof's progress soon.

    Cheers,
    Tony

erm... not sure, he has hair!

    Today is a good day...

We now have a government, fingers crossed they may be able to dig the UK out of this whacking great big hole we appear to be at the bottom of!

However, the main reason for a little cheer is Jof will be out of hospital tomorrow! I've just finished talking with him on the phone, he sounds a great deal better and he even got into a little debate with a nurse over when he was being 'released' :D

I reiterate, today is a good day.

    Cheers,
    Tony

    Thank goodness for that !

Now we have all of the hospital stories to look forward to, I hope he was an impatient patient !

Next " Hospital " the motion picture, I wonder if it will be a musical ?

Hope you are feeling back to normal soon, I don`t think that many people have any real idea what intensive care really means, only what they see on T.V. In real life they are places which no-one would EVER wish to be in, and with only two doors out, and only the lucky ones get to use the right door.

I hope you have a good support network to help out over the next few weeks, don`t forget to eat, even if it is Pot noodles or soup.

    Glad you are O.K. !

You don't want to make jokes like that, if they canned all the nurses no doubt the pen pushers would be next :p

Just hope that they don't use the "Who's the prime minister?" question to test whether he's lost his marbles.

Yippee, that's great news indeed. Miss im, I does!

Aww, great glad he is better. Some good news :)

I wanted to send him a card, and I know he would have seen the funny side of this. It may have gotten him some bed side sympathy from the nurses too ;), especially if he hid any other card etc that he had.

Oh, no. Every time you turn up something monumental and terrible happens.
I don’t think I have the stomach for it.

LOL! :-D Yes. But being a ladyboy does not necessarily imply lesser nursing capabilities:

Watch out, Jof!!! Beware of the Attack of the MISCHIEVOUS Ladyboy Nurses!!!

Jof has buggered his release up... he unfortunately had a nasty fall backwards last night while visiting the toilet (I'm not sure what way round so to speak) Jof:"there was blood everywhere!" typical smifff quote.

He's also having problems completing the 'stair test' due to general weakness and being a dizzy git

More pictures needed I think ;)

    Cheers,

    OMG! Poor Jof...

Take care mate! Get well asap!

Next time, ask the zombie nurses to accompany (and assist!) you to the toilet ;)

No pictures about this topic (too early for kids) :p

I was very much like that when I was in Hospital, they were pumping so much Morphine into me that I forgot how to work my feet while trying to walk. The worst thing was that the nurses would not let me go to the toilet without them ( perverts ), so I used to go for a small unaided wheel up and down the hall and sneek into the toilet of another ward. But yes falling down in the toilet is not uncommon, and they use a staple gun and super glue to put you back togeather nowadays.

Froby probably likes the Hospital food so much, he is trying to stay a little longer, hopefully he has Hospital insurance which pays you for how many days you are in, although you have to pay the consultant ?50 for his signiture on the paper, cheeky bleeders !

Get well soon mate !, don`t hurt any more bits of you, or you won`t be able to scratch an itch soon, without it hurting !

Hay I`ve just had an idea, perhaps he has been abducted by Aliens, and Mr Hat is a dissinfo agent, planting a cover story to keep us off track. We will soon know if he comes back acting differently, or trying to take over the world.
