absolutly nothing - got up at half 5 due to fecking annoying little bird going cheap cheap bloody cheap. so thought id catch some early morning cartoons. none of the channels are on. grrr
Gonna watch Ninja Assassin, hopefully it's good? All the clips made it look really amazing, but you know how clips are these days, they show you the whole movie and when you finally watch it there's nothing left
I'm actually kind of gutted it turned up, I was looking forward to my next Dr. Who disc turning up.
Will comment on how great/crap it was afterwards :D
*Still got Avatar sitting next to the TV, been almost 3 weeks now, and still not really that interested in watching it, guess I should before I send it back I'm just not sure I can be arsed to set aside almost 3 hours for something that's probably going to be a big heap of shit
Haha there's a funny one of those I think the guy gets naked, and when Chris Hanson walks in all he does is say "oops!".
Then they catch him the very next day at a McDonalds waiting for a 14 year old boy he'd been grooming, so even though he got caught he didn't care. But still protested he was "Only there getting something to eat", even though they had his chat logs to show him? What a nutjob!
It may have been seen as entrapmant, but I still say what if they hadn't been caught on that show? What would they be doing right now, and would they have left a string of victims behind them?
Shame it's not on anymore.
Yeah i really liked that program, very shocking though the different types of people you got.
I dont think its entrapment, if youre an old bloke online in a chat room and you dont do a runner the second a '14 year old girl' turns up i think you should get everything coming to you.
The one above you mentioned was funny yet scary that he just doesnt seem to stop. Freaky world out there
Currently watching: Chris Rock, ordered a few of his comedy dvds from amazon, hes funny as anything
I've had a bit of a Speccy Sunday so far today. Just watched Micro Men and the Spectrum Diamond documentary at YouTube, which really is an awesome documentary, strangely eerie.
Watched a horror film last night called 'Shadow Puppets'. It was quite good. It was about these people trapped in a kind of prison with their memories wiped. It reminded me of another horror/scifi film called Cube which was also quite good.
I should get The Prodigal Son later on when the mail arrives, yes one of my fave Kung Fu movies ever. looking forward to watching that again.
Also been looking up the original Zatoichi movies, wonder if they're any good? Seen the 2003 Remake of it which I thought was brilliant, but the originals always kinda put me off since they were all made between 61 and 89? Although Shitaro Katsu's final Zatoichi movie from 1989 is supposed to be bloody fantastic?
What got me thinking is there's a weird sequel spinoff just called Ichi from 2008, which stars a female warrior who's looking for Zatoichi?
Maybe I should just go ahead and order them anyway, I need to delay my Dr. Who discs until july anyway After the William Hartnell episodes the Romans the next 2 discs haven't been released yet. Even though the DVD of the final existing Hartnell episodes from Season 2 of Dr. who is available? Bloody crazy American logic that is
I guess I go onto about season 6 or 7 after that since most of season 3 is missing and fragmanted, and season 4 is missing entirely, and practically all but the last season of the Patrick Troughton episodes are missing. Which is a right kick in the teeth as he had bloody tons of Dalek episodes! Bastards!!!

I also thought Cube was a great film, the sequel was a bit poor though.....
Every time I read that the oldest person in the world has died, I have to do a quick check to see it isn't ME..........

I always thought kung fu was a made up load of old nonsense and if they met a real martial artist theyd get their heads kicked in. Guess i was wrong:rolleyes:

Well using drunken boxing against a Karate student is kind of stupid anyway, he maybe should've used Hung Gar, or Bruce Lees Jeet Kune Do? Of course he may not have learned those styles.
I learned a combo of Kung fu and Kickboxing though, and personally I kind kickboxing is probably an all round good martial art for caving skulls in :D
put that same Karate guy up against a good kickboxer and I bet he won't have it so easy, better still put him up against an actual Muay Thai specialist and watch him watch away with a broken leg or 3
karate is too rigid for my enjoyment, never got into it even though I tried to about 3 times, just bored the socks of me. Ai Ai Ai AI AI AI AIIIIIEEEEEEE for 20 minutes, then AiAiAIAIAIAIAIAIAIA for another 20 minutes, then a few press ups, and whoop de do your moneys worth is gone, you've learned bugger all see you next week.
Kickboxing/kungfu was perfect, Kickboxing intesively for 2 hours Monday and Wednesday, and Kungfu with the same guy on Saturdays.
Really must start practicing martial arts again, so unhealthy now and haven't practiced for almost 10 years :(
I keep meaning to start again but real life is throwing so much menial shite my way, that when I do have some spare time I just want to sit down and forget about everything else that's going on around me! Bastards!!!!
I also thought Cube was a great film, the sequel was a bit poor though.....
I thought the sequel was ok, but not a patch on the first one. I think there's a third Cube film but i haven't seen it.
It was the same for Battle Royale, the first was great and the second was quite poor.

....I'm not really like that though, I just figured I'd feed you a gobfull of the stereotyped shit us Geordies apparently say when we're riled up.
It's kinda true I suppose i can actually really be that nasty, but I always feel dirty the day after like I've done something really wrong? It wouldn't be so bad if we weren't stereotyped as thick bastards, but hey whatcha knaa a fik geordie bastad eh?
fecking soft bastard maccum, you wouldn't last two mins in bradford, while you were doing your warm up you'd get smashed with a hammer and end up in a ditch with a dead prozzer.

You're right I wouldn't last 5 mins in Bradford cos' some sneaky wannabe gangsta kid would sneak up behind me and knife me in the back while I was trying to defend myself from the 15 little 17 year old veloceraptors that started the shit in the first place soft little bastards, scared to lose face by getting taught a lesson so it's mob violence all the way. Lose a fight to one man come back with 20 and kill them!

Just watched an old Clint Eastwood film (downloaded a load of his films) called 'Thunderbolt and Lightfoot' with Jeff Bridges. It wasn't bad, had a bit of a sad ending though.
I've just watched Rampage, it was pretty good. I'll be honest though when the description said something about a small town guy bored with his meaningless life constructs a bulletproof suit and goes on a killing spree, I was expecting it to be a right heap of shite.
But said killing spree aside which is totally ruthless, there actually seems to have been quite a bit of thought put into the plot.
What can I say I was surprised, and I've only ever seen the main guy play a gang member/rapist in a B-Movie called Death Valley or something crap like that?
Oh, no. Every time you turn up something monumental and terrible happens.
I don’t think I have the stomach for it.

Really it wasn't bad, better than I expected anyway, don't get me wrong it wasn't a masterpiece or anything but it was ok.
But... still... a movie by Uwe Boll that's not crap? This is the real world isn't it? :p
I just watched Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. Great film. Helena Bonham Carter was brilliant as the Red Queen.

If it was 1989 it'd be nothing more than a Van Damme Movie, utter shit drippings!
I'm watching 300, seems quite a good film so far.
ha ha, you dumbass. i never judge a film by the title, but in this case i knew it was going to be garbage.
did it have mark dacosi in it? :-P
avatar is pretty shit too. although tha female pilot has astounding tits.
to enjoy avatar you have to have no cynical feelings about it, if you do you start picking it apart while you watch.
the plot is pretty thin and its very predictable.
like i say, there is some great boobage in it though.
There is?. Damn my 3d glasses must have been knackered.
