I don?t understand exactly how you mean it, but you might understand that SINTECH is a mail order company and I don?t want to risk that I don?t get some e-mails from serious customer just because somebody is spamming me. Of course all e-mails are redirected to one e-mail, so this is why I get all his messages on one mail server and this is not only my problem. Nearly all other German users I know have the same problem with him...and none of them is even a SAM User. He should just stop it and I am asking this community to find a way to stop him. If there is no way to talk to him, I would suggest to call the police and my question is also "Will be police do something about?"
I have surely the possibility here to fight on court. But I am still sure that there should be a better way to deal with it than only to let the lawyers speak.
However, if in worsest case we have to bring him to court, does somebody have his real adress?

I used to manage my own exchange server, and it was no end of headaches. I switched to use google apps to manage my domain email (free) and it was/is awesome. The spam filter is absolutely excellent.
It also means that I don't have to worry about missing emails if hiivebooks.com is down.

Heh, when you go to his YouTube profile, in last activities it shows he has recently rated a lot of videos with 1 star. Maybe he also voted down all other Speccy games on WOS in favour of that controversial non-domestic title? Okay, that's enough conspiracy theories from me for now.
So now more people get a clue what he is doing. There are guys like VELESOFT who do so much for the Spectrum, inventing new interfaces and software all the time. We are lucky for this guy and I hope a lot of Spectrum users are happy for SINTECH as a supplier for Spectrum stuff as well. And now we are spammed by this guy. Maybe VELESOFT will get thick of it and close his activities because of guys like this. LCD will close the last magazine we have, or Mirko the last disk-magazine... most of the guys spend their freetime for the Spectrum. If somebody like Roger spams them even with not understandable texts, it steals too much time. Some people tried to discuss with him, but all now understand that it is impossible.

Over the past 18 months or so, there's been one individual (don't worry, I don't think he posts here, he has a very *ahem* "distinctive" writing style) who has been sending me social network invites from every social network under the sun to every email address associated with me. A few weeks ago I sent him a polite email asking him to stop and he was very apologetic, but today I came home to ten Twitter invites!
Has anyone else had this "joy" or am I the lucky single target of this deranged guy's affections?
I hope the very blunt email I just sent him puts him off me.

i assumed that it therefore had not sent the invites
furthermore if any social networking sites allows you to repeatedly send invites to teh same people isnt there a bigger issue here?
isnt this a bit like trying to format or layout a website onscreen when you havent a clue what the screen resoltuion is or the font size
wouldnt you be better off designing a drop down menu that is
1 not only smaller than the full size of the screen but
2 doesnt put options ontop of other options so that when selected the drop down menu dissappears allowing you to select what was underneath by mistake

I was told he has a quite severe case of autism, would explain his bizarre posts and behaviour. But then again its the net, you dont know whats true or not.
BUT even so, i'm sorry but its frustrating as hell to get his crap (even when i'm not on facebook or have made my email address public !).
His rants are ridiculous though, since i contacted Yahoo though i havent had another one, hoping they'll cut off his email account.
But his rant often starts off as some crap about its okay for him to send crap to people via social networking sites, but then he goes off on one about video and the sam coupe. Getting 60 attachments makes me nervous but my virus checker seems to say theyre all harmless.
