Firefox can't display the image "because it contains errors" (I get a broken icon viewing the page, if I "view image" I get that error). That's for both of them.
Both work in IE though which is annoying.

And I get the reverse here ... Works in Firefox, doesn't work in IE. Then again I looked at the maps from the WHATSNEW page.
This road map really looks like some nightmare of a mad constructor :-)
And the file is a real application crasher. I opened it in IrfanView and old Paint ShopPro and it opened. But try to do anything with it, like resizing (to see it all reduced on a screen) - no chance, al hangs :)
If you have at least 4GB RAM like me, you will open the map in Firefox, IE, Opera and Chrome at once without any problems. And you can use resizing in IrfanView too :-D.
Unfortunately with 1GB RAM some browsers have problems to open Paris-Dakar and Aliens 1 maps.

And the same apparently happens with 2GB ram in firefox. Well, 1.4 free, but it doesn't go under 900MB when I click the links. IT's just like it doesn't even bother trying.

You've waaay surpassed the map I had started. And seeing this map makes me glad I didn't stick to it! ;-P (this is exactly the sort of a game I probably would not enjoy playing.)

I've found the disk.
To get it you need to collect the 'tele -' from hole 9,'... port' after falling down the entrance hole and '... key' from hole 8.
Get the key (24) from hole 6.
Open the door to the left of the corridor with the computer.
Then teleport on the blue square.
Go down the ladder, then the second ladder to the right.
The keys are coloured to match the doors.
I can't pickup key 3 as it's too near the wall.

I'm totally stuck on this game now.
I've been using Poke 49102,1 to allow me to carry more items (Kept poking it after picking up a few items)
I've unlocked a lot of the area down the 10th hole.
Found out what some of the items do.
Ball - Knocks down wall (hole 9) and allows you to collect the wart
Wart - Use to get rid of the big toad
Cross - Use to chase away ghosts (hole 9)
Flare - Use to get icicle
Love potion - Use on the white things found down most holes.
Eggs - Don't know what these do, you can't drop them
Pump - Don't know
Picked up 8 clues.
I still can't pick up key 3 (hole 5) or a clue (hole 8)

Almost all terrain covered by road, still often to get somewhere nearby you need to travel all the map.
You must like it, because this is the map of Europe and you live in Europe :D.
