If you're going to claim that the inference I drew - that the last post I quoted was essentially asserting that my Asperger's was somehow a deception - was not supported by your actual words, then you have problems I can't solve. Also you admitted to having intentionally deceived a psychiatrist for personal gain, so I'm sure the mods will consider you trustworthy.

It's a fairly common expression, meaning "The one at whose expense jokes are made". I don't see what you have a problem with there, and it's not (itself) meant to be a joke. I don't know why you're reacting so strongly to it; if (for example) you have some glandular problem and are hence sensitive about mentions of butts, then sorry. TBH i saw worse criticism of aspergers in another thread, id love to quote it but it got deleted by the mods.
ive reported people in the past, nothing to worry about. you shouldn't be made to feel bad for reporting something that upsets you though.
