Used to be a popular name girls name too. I had to laugh when I was looking at tut waaiif's baby name book. Gaylord was listed as one of the posibilities.. Now given that the book was published in the late 90's I think that was a little niave.

Or in Miles case, it would have been a good guess :p

Well - living in Ireland as I have since 1990 - there's a program called "The Late Late Show" - and when I first moved here the host of the show was a man called Gay Burn(short for Gabriel Burn). Obviously when I had mates over to visit from Britnobland(I'm contractually obliged to refer to my home country as that BTW) they found it so hilarious they normally spat beer out or actually slightly wet themselves laughing.

I'm a stay-up-till-4-in-the-morning-in-case-I-miss-something kinda guy - so I found it more amusing that the "Late Late Show" isn't actually on that late in the evening

*edit* I'm more comfortable with saying "is actually on quite early in the evening"..........Mmmmmm aged with wood off a beach
"I should use simulator loosely 'cos I don't think it's quite like this on the beach with helicopters and fires and the jumping beach buggy" - paulisthebest3uk 2020.
