Also, it'd be more like ?200 to build a system from scratch that meets the recommended requirements for GTA4; ?40 if all you need is a new graphics card.
Then again, why bother when the game is crap?
Agreed. Technically it's brilliant but they forgot to make it fun to play.

I've heard that the DLC is very good indeed, and potentially makes GTA 4 as good as GTA3: San Andreas, but I've not tried it myself. I do agree though, that GTA4 by itself is nothing at all compared to San Andreas.
I really hope that GTA 5, when it's announced, is set in Great Britain.
it would make a shootout with the police far too easy. :p
The British injustice system is ripe for lampooning. You could have a level where an armed gang breaks into your house for the third time in a year. But if you fight back you get arrested and thrown in jail!

its the same in GTA4, some muppet runs you over, then you blast em, and the cops chase you!!

There are hints(ish) in GTA 4 that point toward the next one being set in Vice City. I certainly hope so. And in the 80s too, please.
Tricky question, I've actually made a list on a notepad, cos I change my mind all the time, even after reviewing it now I'm ooooh-ing and ahhhhh-ing over what I previously wrote.
The (narrowed down) choices are between:
Warhead - ST (incredibly underrated)
Dungeon Master - ST
Baldur's Gate 2 - PC
Star Control 2/Ur-Quan Masters - PC
SFII - SNES
At this moment in time, I'm going for Rubber Soul by the Beatles.

Good one!
Would that mean that The Beatles: Rock Band is the best game then? ;)
I think that's pushing it! ;)
